1. SERVICES: Company agrees to provide the following video production services ("Services"):Concept development and brainstorming, scriptwriting (if applicable), video shooting and recording, editing and post-production, delivery of final video product in the format(s) agreed upon, & social media management *

2. COMPENSATION: Client agrees to pay Company the sum of $2500/month for the Services provided. Payment shall be made as follows: 50% upon signing this Agreement as a non-refundable retainer and 50% upon completion of the production day. *

3. TIMELINE: The timeline for the completion of the Services shall be as follows - Pre-production: Same week after signing contract. Production: Following week after pre production. Post-production: Same week after production. Social Media Automation: Same week after post-production. Timelines are approximate and may be subject to change based on the complexity of the project and any unforeseen circumstances. *

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Client agrees to: Provide timely feedback and approvals throughout the production process. Provide any necessary materials or resources required for the production. Adhere to the agreed-upon timeline to ensure timely completion of the project *

5. OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS: Upon full payment of the agreed-upon fees, Client shall have full ownership rights to the final video product for the agreed-upon usage purposes outlined in this Agreement. Company retains the right to use the final video product for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. *

6. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the Agreement. In the event of termination, Client shall pay for any Services rendered up to the termination date. *

7. CONFIDENTIALITY: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. *
